Our Advanced Leadership Training programme is crafted for students who are deeply committed to their personal and professional growth. Before you the beginning of your studies, you’ll be able to attend an onboarding course to get to know your future classmates and lecturers. Starting with a personalised diagnostic in your first semester, you’ll gain insights into your strengths and areas for development. The programme includes semestral offsite workshops dedicated to personal growth themes. In your fourth semester, you will sharpen your leadership skills for real-world challenges by taking part in X‑tream management training.

Entry Requirements
All applicants will need to provide a Secondary/High School Diploma.
If you have not yet graduated, acceptance will be conditional only and you will need to submit this document before beginning your studies.
Applicants must have an English proficiency level equivalent to the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This level corresponds to several internationally recognized certificates, including:
- TOEFL iBT with a score range of 72 – 94
- IELTS with an overall band score of 5.5 – 6.5
- Cambridge English First (FCE)
- PTE Academic with a score range of 42 – 58
We do not require any language certificates; the admissions team will assess the applicant’s English level as part of the admissions process.
