Not sure what’s next? Education for a generation that will push the limits. Start working on your future already in high school. Apply to NEW Gen Academy and move toward your success.
5 DAYS - 5 CITIES - 1,000 PARTICIPANTS
Following two successful years, the 3rd edition of NEW Gen Academy is here, and this year we’re hitting the road on a tour across the entire Czech Republic.
We have five stops ahead of us and more than a thousand students who are united by a desire to grow, create, and move forward. We’re starting in Ostrava, continuing through Brno and Plzeň, stopping in České Budějovice, and wrapping up the entire tour in Prague.
NEW GEN Academy isn’t just a conference. It’s a space full of inspiration, new opportunities, and people eager to work on themselves. A place where you’ll gain not only valuable contacts and practical experience, but also the motivation to start building your future today.
Because the future doesn’t belong to those who wait. It belongs to those who are working on it right now.

Forget boring rote learning! Our all-day academy is tailored specifically for the current generation of students, so you won't be studying theory, but jumping straight into practice where you can show what you're made of. We'll prepare you for a dynamic world that changes every minute, and we'll help you become who you've always wanted to be. Come learn with us, get inspired, and experience the excitement of discovering a new career path!
We bring inspiring stories of young and successful people who weren't afraid to go against the grain, and now they'll show you whether it was worth it.
At the NEW Gen Academy, we don't wait for things to change by themselves. We connect a community of active high school students who are ambitious, curious, and want to make a difference. Don't want to just sit in a desk and cram? Do you want to get involved in the world around you and make it better? Then you're welcome here!

More and more is expected of teachers these days – yet neither our capacity nor our time increases in line with these growing demands. This makes it all the more important to be able to make good decisions under pressure, set boundaries and lead with natural authority. Whilst students are enjoying their day at NEW Gen Academy, a morning workshop is organised for their accompanying teachers – included in the admission price.
Format: An interactive workshop featuring practical tools and case studies.
Duration: 3 hours (2 × 90 minutes with a break)
Who it’s for: Teachers, tutors, career and educational advisers, and others who guide students.
Workshop leader: Paula Weber (lecturer at NEWTON University, member of the TeachMakers Strategic Council, member of the Inspire & Impact Network)
How overload affects our decision-making and leadership, and how to recognise the moment when, instead of leading, we start taking responsibility for others.
What is my responsibility, what can I influence, and what is the responsibility of others? What should I take on, what should I hand over, and what should I consciously choose not to bear?
How to make decisions when demands exceed capacity, set priorities and stand by your decision.
How to communicate boundaries and disagreement clearly and calmly. Executive presence in teaching practice: confidence, credibility and the ability to lead even in challenging situations.
Not to manage more, but to make better decisions about what truly belongs to me – and to manage what is mine effectively.
