This exclusive international programme offers two intensive and engaging week-long courses designed for globally minded students and young professionals who are eager to sharpen their leadership potential and understand how sustainability and AI are transforming the world of business.

Programme overview
Week A – Advanced Critical Thinking & Leadership (29 June — 5 July or 24 August — 30 August)
Focus: Empower yourself to think analytically, lead ethically, and communicate persuasively in diverse global contexts.

- Decision-making under uncertainty
- Leadership styles: transformational, servant, situational

Week B – Sustainable Management & AI (6 July — 12 July or 31 August — 6 September)
Focus: Explore how AI and sustainability intersect in responsible, future-ready business practices.

- Introduction to sustainability & the triple bottom line
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and stakeholder strategies
- Environmental impact, circular economy, and life cycle analysis
- Fundamentals of AI for business leaders
- Ethical and responsible AI (bias, transparency, data privacy)
- Using AI for sustainable innovation (smart cities, supply chains)
- Data-driven decision-making and dashboard literacy
- Sustainable business models and B Corp principles
- Global trends: UN SDGs, EU Green Deal
- Capstone challenge: Design a sustainable AI solution

Payment
- Standard rate: 17,900 CZK / 720 EUR (inc. VAT) per week
- Early bird offer: 14,900 CZK / 600 EUR (inc. VAT) per week if registered by 30 May 2025
Deadline
- Deposit: 10% due after registration
- Final payment deadline: Two weeks before the start of your chosen week
Please note: Each week is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a personalised and engaging experience. A minimum of 6 participants is required for the block to run.
