Application

Submit your non-binding application online. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.

Pre-interview Assignment

Approximately 15 minutes after receiving the confirmation email, you will receive a podcast link and detailed instructions for completing your video-recorded assignment.

3.

Assignment Evaluation & Decision

Newton University reviews your recorded answers and informs you via email whether you have progressed to the live interview stage.

4.

Online Admission Interview

If selected, you will attend an interview with the admissions team via Google Meet using the invitation link provided. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Upon submitting your application, you will automatically receive a link via email to schedule your interview.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you do so prior to the interview date whenever possible.

Fill in the application form and bring a valid ID and a passport-sized photo. If you have already completed secondary education with a school-leaving exam or have another certificate of your highest achieved education, don’t forget to bring it as well.

Admission Decision & Document Request

Following the interview, you will receive the admission decision by email along with a request for the documents needed to prepare your study contract.

Contract, Payment Plan & Deposit

You will receive a prepared contract along with a tuition division plan. At this stage, you will also select your preferred tuition payment plan:

Options:
2 installments | 50% at enrollment + 50% mid-year
4 installments | Four equal payments (two per semester)
After signing the contract, you will pay a 10% deposit of the total tuition fee.

7.

Nostrification & Visa Assistance

Once the deposit is paid, you will be connected with a nostrification specialist who will guide you through the recognition process and provide full visa assistance. Internal nostrification is also available, and admission letters can be issued at this stage.

Estimated timeframe: Due to nostrification and visa procedures, the entire enrollment process may take up to 3 months, depending on document submission timing.

8.

Join The Studies

You will be officially enrolled after completing the remaining administrative steps, including signing a GDPR consent form, submitting a passport-style photo, and joining the student WhatsApp group via the QR code provided by the admissions team.

Enrolment will take place after all the conditions of admission have been met - signing a study contract, providing proof of completed education, a photograph and payment of tuition fees.

When enrolment takes place

Enrollment takes place annually in September and is always carried out by the academic advisor. You become a student of NEWTON University on the day of enrollment.

Can I apply before my final exams?

Yes. You can complete the admissions interview before your final exams, and submit proof of completed education afterwards.

When is the application deadline?

The admissions process runs until the end of September. Applications received later can be assessed individually depending on available capacity.

Is there a fee for the application?

No, the application is free of charge.

Is the application binding?

No, it is not binding. After submitting it, you can choose a date for your admissions interview, but you are not committed to anything.

What can I expect from the admissions interview?

You will have an open conversation about why you want to study, what you expect from your studies, and where you want to go professionally. The goal is to better understand your motivation and confirm that the chosen programme is the right fit for you.

Do I need to prepare for the admissions interview?

No special preparation is required. However, it helps to think in advance about why you want to study your chosen field, what you expect from your studies, and where you want to go.

Can I take the admissions interview online?

Yes, when submitting your application, you can choose the interview format that suits you best – in person or online.

When can I book my interview slot?

Immediately after submitting your application, you can choose a date in the online booking system. You need to register for a specific date at least one day in advance.

What should I bring to the admissions interview?

You will need a valid ID, a passport-sized photograph, and, if you already have it, proof of your highest completed education.

When will I receive the result of the admissions process?

You will receive the result of the admissions process within 14 working days.

What if I am not sure which field of study to choose?

In the application, you can select the option “I am not sure, I would like to discuss it in person”. An academic advisor will help you choose the most suitable field during the consultation.

What are the admission requirements?

To be admitted, you must successfully complete the admissions process, provide proof of completed secondary education, sign a study agreement, submit a photograph, and pay the tuition fee.

Can tuition fees be paid in instalments?

Yes. Tuition can be paid as a one-off payment for the full academic year, or an instalment plan can be arranged.

When do I officially become a NEWTON University student?

You become a student on the day of enrolment. Enrolment takes place in September and is carried out by an academic advisor.

What study forms are available?

In the application, you can choose the study form according to availability for the selected field of study – full-time, part-time, or distance form of study.

Is it possible to study while working?

Yes. It is possible to study while working, especially in part-time and distance forms of study.

Can I transfer from another university?

Yes. Credit transfer requests are assessed individually.
