NEWTON in Oxford: Summer School Speakers

Professor and expert in social entrepreneurship and innovation, Alona Revko explores how ecosystems develop across varied institutional contexts. Her global perspective is shaped by resilience from wartime challenges in Ukraine. She is a faculty member at Sumy State University and an Academic Visitor at Oxford’s Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.

Drawing on his experience as the co-founder of several technology start-ups and his involvement in INSEAD’s renowned Your First Hundred Days programme, he explored how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making and business strategy.


Adrian Johnson — Adjunct Professor, INSEAD

A business strategy consultant, advising on the sale and purchase of companies (mergers and acquisitions) and negotiating the entry of investors into companies. With extensive experience advising start-ups and serving as a business mentor, Margareta authored the book ‘How to Run a Business and Not Go Crazy.’
