Amy C. Edmondson

Amy C. Edmondson is a professor of leadership and management at Harvard Business School and the world’s foremost expert on psychological safety in organizations.

She is the author of 7 books and more than 60 academic articles published in journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, and Harvard Business Review.

Her most recent book, Right Kind of Wrong, was the winner of the Financial Times Business Book of the Year award in 2023. In the same year, Amy was also ranked for the second time in their prestigious global “thinkers50″ list.

She is the author of 7 books and over 60 scholarly papers, published in academic and management outlets, such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, and Harvard Business Review.  She is a sought-after keynote speaker with a worldwide following.

  • Join the meeting on 27 February where we’ll discuss the book
  • On March 12, we’ll meet for a presentation where we’ll have a chance to ask Amy any questions and have the book signed (register for the event)
