Bára Pánková is a graduate of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague. After completing her studies in psychology and special education, she began working in the field of personnel psychology with a focus on management, talent selection and people development. She has completed several years of training in systemic coaching and holds NLP Practitioner and New Code certifications. She has extensive experience with psychodiagnostic tools in employee selection and development and collaborates with non-profit organisations in the recruitment of volunteers and coaching of managers.
