NEWTON University & Gorilla Gym: Train Right Next to Campus

Studies, networking, and now a place to blow off steam. NEWTON University has partnered with Gorilla Gym Prague (Entrance No. 8), a space focused on MMA, functional training and conditioning. Thanks to this partnership, NEWTON University students and staff can benefit from discounted entry and services.

Leadership is not about words, but about actions. You can talk about it endlessly, teach it in lectures and rehearse it in model situations. But its true nature only reveals itself in the moment when a person must take responsibility and act.

Ondřej Průcha, our lecturer and CEO of Svoboda & Průcha, is an example of such a leader. Together with him, we are organising a fundraiser to purchase an ambulance for frontline areas in Ukraine. This ambulance will not sit idle in a garage – it will be deployed where every minute decides between life and death. Join us in turning responsibility into real help.

We have moved the Brno campus of NEWTON University and Vysoká škola STING. From the new academic year 2025/2026 you will find us in the Machova Building in the Technology Park. Studying at NEWTON was a great experience for me. I truly enjoyed my follow-on Master’s degree here, especially as I could compare it with my Bachelor’s studies at a state university. Business Beyond Tomorrow: 5 klíčových trendů, které přepisují ekonomiku

Globalizace, umělá inteligence, změny klimatu, demografické změny a nová podoba práce jsou hybnými silami, které dnes určují tempo světové ekonomiky a přepisují pravidla, jak fungují firmy, vzdělávání i státní správa. Pokud má Evropa i Česko zůstat konkurenceschopné po roce 2030, musíme všichni začít uvažovat v horizontu beyond tomorrow. Ukazují to dlouhodobé analýzy OECD, strategické dokumenty Evropská komise i predikce World Economic Forum, které se shodují na tom, že technologie, demografie a geopolitika výrazně přepíšou současný ekonomický model už během příštích let. Tedy dál, než sahá příští fiskální rok nebo investiční cyklus.
