Eva sees NEWTON University as a place of mutual collaboration between students and lecturers, with the potential to support both sides in their personal and professional growth. As an Associate Professor, she focuses on issues of stress management and psychological resilience in demanding conditions and situations. She has worked at several universities, serves on the editorial board of a scholarly journal, and has contributed to projects for the Czech Ministry of Defence. She is the author of several academic publications and university textbooks and regularly presents at conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad.
